African mythology storytelling is about to grow up, with tales that evoke the beauty and diversity of the lands the Africans called home, and the myths that built their religions and ways of living and loving.
There is a lot of work ongoing on several stories, all in various stages of conceptualisation and development. This picture is the scene of 'Adiru's Magic in the Desert'.
"Romance in its literal, historic and literary sense originates from the broader tradition of 'romanticism' which emphasises imagination, heroism, adventure, mysticism as well as a deep connection to history, nature and the human spirit. It is in this nature that the implied 'Romance' in Afromantasy is meant, not necessarily love, passion or relationships - although we will get to that!
